What does synchronicity mean to you?
Shiva Rose: Synchronicity for me is when I am aligned with spirit, therefore finding myself in a harmonious rhythm with life.
With so much uncertainty and tribulations in the world right now, how do you stay centered and grounded?
Shiva: Staying grounded for me comes from taking walks without my phone on the country roads near my home. It's important to disconnect from modern technologies and ground with the earth.
What connects you to astrology/celestial science? How does it resonate in your day to day life?
Shiva: I follow the moon cycle pretty closely, and have a moon course that discusses ways to be more in touch with this feminine energy. There's a connection between the moon, the planets, and the feminine cycle.
Do you have any rituals planned for 2.22.22?
Shiva: I will practice a Kundalini meditation and journal intentions for this holy portal.
If you could give a word of advice to someone who is wanting to embark on a spiritual path but is overwhelmed by where to start, what advice would you give them?
Shiva: I would say to start a simple meditation first thing upon waking. Ask your soul what it yearns for and give a gratitude list.
What is your wish for humanity in 2022?
Shiva: I hope we start truly respecting one another, regardless of any division being created by the powers that be. I also hope we can create better solutions and alternatives around plastic, and begin to ban it globally. It's detrimental to our Earth and to our bodies.
