Caeli Mckay

Based in: Montreal, Québec

Caeli is one of Canada's most talented up and coming divers. She started diving when she was six years old after attending an intro to diving summer camp hosted by the Dive Calgary club.

Since then, the Calgary native moved to Montreal to train full time alongside her new partner, 3-time Olympic medalist and childhood idol Meaghan Benfeito.

Together, they won a silver medal at the 2018 Commonwealth Games and a bronze medal at the 2018 FINA World Cup. McKay is also a 2018 World Cup medalist in the mixed 10m synchronized event alongside Vincent Riendeau.

In 2019 at the Pan Am games in Lima, Peru Caeli won a silver medal in the individual 10-metre platform event. She wasn't done there, as her and Meaghan also took home the gold medal in the 10-metre synchro. An incredible way to finish off the season.

In her spare time, the mountain girl loves to take part in outdoor sports like mountain biking, hiking, snowboarding, fly fishing.

She has her eyes set on the podium at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games.
