Elena Stavinoha is a 21-year-old Christian, fitness & lifestyle influencer, born and raised in Houston, Texas. Growing up as a tri-athlete, she competed in Softball, Dance, and Cheer then continued her softball career in college. Due to her athletic background, Elena has always had a strong passion for health and fitness and started sharing her journey on social media in 2019. Staying healthy and active is such an important matter that most people either struggle with or don’t know where to start. Elena creates to inspire others to become the best version of themselves physically and mentally, by posting workouts, motivation, and sharing her love of Christ.
