The 17 year old gymnast from Laval set the record for most medals won (11) at the Canada Winter Games this winter. He followed this up by winning two medals at the first ever World Junior Gymnastics Championship in Hungary last Saturday. This makes him the junior world champion by finishing in first place in the rings discipline. He also secured a silver medal on the floor and 4th in all around, narrowly missing the podium.
